Dr Steve Dorevitch graduated in Melbourne in 1981 and before moving to Perth in 1988, he worked in rural Victoria and Melbourne gaining valuable experience in emergency medicine, psychiatry and family medicine. On arrival in Perth, he commenced work in General Practice. In 1995 he purchased the Odin Road Medical Centre from the late Dr Tony Samaha and invited Dr Joyce to join him as co-owner in 1998. He has a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health for General Practitioners and as well as mental health, his particular interests are in education of patients (and medical students) and child and adolescent health. He is married and has two sons.
Dr John Joyce, M.B. B.C.H B.A.O Diploma in Obstetrics Diploma in Children’s Health Member of the Royal College of General Practice (UK) I did my basic medical training in Ireland and qualified from University College Dublin in 1986. I have worked in Scotland and New Zealand. My special interests are Chronic Disease Management, Paediatrics and all aspects of FamilyMedicine . While I respect the legality of termination due to my religious beliefs I do not do termination referrals. I have worked at Odin Road Medical centre since 1997 and have got to know my patients very well. I enjoy being able to work with people over the longer term and help them be as healthy as they can be. I have built up a good network of specialists and allied health providers and can refer to the most appropriate services when that is necessary. I value open communication and working with each individual to work out the best solution to their concerns. I look forward to continuing to provide ongoing friendly comprehensive primary medical service to all in our community
Dr David Chew graduated from the University of W.A. in 1993. Prior to attending his post graduate qualifications in General Practice and Family Medicine, he had worked and gained valuable experience in a wide range of subspecialties and also numerous regional centres including Albany, Bunbury, Kalgoorlie and Port Hedland in the fields of general and emergency medicine. His is interested in all aspects of General Practice and Family Medicine and also has a sub-interest in chronic disease management, men’s health and sports science. Away from the practice, he enjoys sports and fitness training and spending time with his family.
Dr Jenni Weber graduated from the University of Queensland in 1987. She has a postgraduate diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology, and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Weber has worked in general practice in Queensland, Victoria and now Western Australia. She is interested in all aspects of general practice with special interest in women and children’s health. She is married with three children (Sam, Isaac and Eleanor)
